Unique electrohydraulic technologies and equipment

• castings refinement from cores and remains of a sand blend of thin- and thick-walled mouldings of any complexity weighing from 100g up to 200 t (including the precision molding);

• oil and water wells bottom zones treatment for their productivity increase ;

• macro- and microdeformations of metal fabrics;

• tubes insertion in tube plates of heat-exchange apparatuses;

• removal of residual stresses at metal structures working;

• destruction, fragmentation and decomposition of non-metallic materials;

• melt treatment in the ladle before the pouring, in the ingot-forming equipment and mould for substantial decrease of its structural, physical and chemical inhomogeneity, enhancement of service characteristics of metal production;

• preparation and regeneration of cutting fluids and stable suspensions of all kinds;

• pulse current generators designed for electrical devices of electrophysical installations;
