Electric-discharge dustless destruction, fragmentation and decomposition of non-metallic materials

Destruction, fragmentation and decomposition of a raw product occurs with the help of high-voltage electric discharge in water; the use of a closed loop from the moment of source product processing to the end product manufacture secures environmental cleanness of the technology.
