Technology of electrohydraulic insertion of tubes in tubular grids
of heat-exchange devices

Reliable permanent tubes connection in tube plates of heat-exchange devices.

- Essence

Lies in influence of the energy, evolved at high-voltage electric discharge in a water-filled polyethlene cover on the junction "tube-tube plate ".

+ Advantages

• increase of corrosion resistance and security of tubes attachment in 3-7 times;
• decrease of residual stresses in frontal joint welds and in parajoint zone;
• decrease of tubes thinning in 5 times;
• efficient production (10-15 times higher in comparison with mechanical beading)
• roller's hard manual labour is removed.

• The equipment works both in automatic and in manual mode, controlled by one operator distantly. Pressing quality is controlled automatically.
• In combination with thermal treatment joints quality at diffusion welding level is achieved.
